Our Kölsch style ale transports us back to experiencing the majesty, tradition and purity of Kölsch for the very first time. We went for a very traditional recreation with a little modern twist. Ingredients include Weyermann Pilsner malt, Valley Malt Warthog Wheat, Valley Malt Vienna Malt and hopped with Tettnanger and Mandarina Bavaria hops.
